How to become a Tai Ji Quan: Moving for Better Balance® Instructor
Instructors of Tai Ji Quan: Moving for Better Balance® (TJQMBB) must complete a full, 2 day training workshop for a total of 16 hours. This training workshop is a combination of lecture/discussion content and learning and performing the various forms and movements contained in the program. Instructors must also attend a full day, 8 hour refresher training within their first year of being trained, in order to reinforce what has been learned in the initial workshop and for any critical updates to the program or materials. Below are some upcoming instructor training workshops and refresher trainings within the northeast. All workshops are taught by Dawna Pidgeon, PT (Dawna.M.Pidgeon@hitchcock.org). For additional information on becoming an instructor, please visit the Tai Ji Quan: Moving for Better Balance® website at tjqmbb.org.
